Your only compensation and consideration is the potential opportunity to have your Submission posted on the Fender.com website. As a result, Fender has no obligation to maintain your Submission as confidential.

Responsibility for your Submission

You retain all of your ownership rights in your Submissions, subject to the license granted to Fender to your Submission as described above. You are solely responsible for your own Submission and the consequences of submitting your Submission to Fender, as well as the consequences of having your Submission posted if we choose it for posting. Please exercise discretion before providing your Submission. Your Submission may be posted on the Internet on a publicly available website. As a result, please use discretion in disclosing any personal information in your Submission. Submissions should also comply with the following:

• Submission should only relate to the stated topic as described by Fender.

• Submission cannot defame, misrepresent or contain disparaging remarks;

• You may not impersonate any other person in providing Fender your Submission.

Submissions that fail to comply with the above will not be considered for posting on Fender.com and may be disregarded by Fender. Even if your Submission is posted on the Fender.com website, Fender reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to remove any posted Submission at any time, without notice, for any reason it deems reasonable.

We will have no liability for the content of your Submission or your provision of a Submission to Fender, nor are we liable for any errors in or claims arising from the posting of your Submission should we choose to post it.
